What is Parent-Break?

1. A FREE, weekly online, 30-minute gathering just for parents who need a break, and need some time to listen to themselves

2. A community of parents who share the struggle and celebrate the small successes.

3. An opportunity to gather strategies to use with yourself and your family.

In case you were wondering, there is no cost to join Parent - Break.

It's FREE!

How do I take a Parent-Break?

Attend our free, short, weekly sessions on your own time.
You'll find a community of parents who gather for mindful movement, guided self-reflection, personal journaling, and thoughtful discussion.
You'll discover you're not alone and you'll learn tips to help you be ready for the parenting unknowns.

1. Be part of our free, weekly live calls

Join us live, weekly on Zoom as we gather for 30 minutes; including mindful movement, a short guided self-reflection and a simple writing exercise. We'll connect with each other and share a parenting tip to add to your arsenal. Camera can be on, or off. Share if you like, or stay quiet.

Our live calls took place in 2023.
You can participate in all of the replays on our Facebook page.

You'll receive weekly parenting tips once you join Parent - Break.

2. Take a break in your own time

Each week, we capture our live Zoom calls and share them in our private Facebook group. Watch the whole thing, or replay the parts you like most. Some people listen to the guided self-reflection daily, others journal or check in for the parenting strategies and to follow the community.

Wondering if it's right for you?

We value:
  • Having care, and compassion for ourselves and our children
  • Learning from our mistakes
  • Believing in our abilities
  • Asking for help and supporting others who ask
We welcome you to give it a try. The atmosphere is non-judgmental. We are a safe, brave, and supportive community of parents, (of any age of child,) brave enough to create time and space to check in and to recognize that we're not alone.

Parenting is hard, it's easier together.
